I have forgotten my password. How can I log in?
To recover your password go to the 'Sign in' page and click on Recover Password. Enter your email address and click Next. You will then be asked to answer your security question.

I have moved house. How can I update my address?
If you have moved outside of Coventry you are no longer eligible to take part in the Coventry Recycling Club. Please
contact us
so we can delete your account.
If you have moved within Coventry to update your address first sign in. Go to the 'My Account' page, click 'Address', type in your new postcode and then use the down arrow to select your property. Then click 'Update' to save the changes.

Why is it important to recycle?
Recycling has environmental and economic benefits. For every tonne of waste which is recycled rather than disposed of there is a saving. Recycling also ‘saves’ materials and means they can be used again. This reduces the need to use new materials such as oil for plastic. When items, such as plastic bottles, are not recycled they are ‘lost’. Disposal of these items has a negative impact on the environment.
What is Coventry Recycling Club?
Coventry Recycling Club is a scheme run by Coventry City Council to reward residents for recycling. The scheme is fully funded by the Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) Weekly Collection Support Scheme.
